Office and administration building with Accounts centre (Debitel-Zentrale), Stuttgart.

In the building are three accounts centres with a total floor area of circa 1,800m². These accounts centres are subjected to the highest security requirements. In addition all offices are fully air conditioned and the multi-storey building is fitted with sprinklers

Planning of the H/L/S/K facilities for a highly flexible office building in the Stuttgart Engineering Park. The office building is next to an accounts centre equipped with top load cooling via a ventilation facility. For higher energy savings a highly efficient system was used.

New training centre with company restaurant and kitchen. 

The training centre is used by the electronic, mechanical, service and personnel development departments.

The main entrance is in a striking cone shaped building.

New building of the European spare-parts warehouse

Building of the European spare parts warehouse, service centre and affiliated administration in Graben-Neudorf.

The entire hall`s complex is 14m high and has an area of circa 6,000m². The integral fully automatic high shelved warehouse is equipped with a sprinkler system to comply with fire regulations  

Further features: We also planned the central facility for providing the gear oil and the waste management of the used oil and water. A 40,000 litre capacity rain water cistern supplies a rain water and sprinkler system.

Renovation and alteration of an office building

The existing building number 7 was altered and extended. Each floor got toilets and a tea kitchen, and additionally the ground floor has a toilet for the handicapped. The entire pipe work system was renewed, including hot and cold pipe insulation .The heat generation comes from an existing energy centre on the SEW site. The heat is carried from the energy centre through an under ground long distant pipe-line to the building. 

Carried out the quality assurance for the assembly works heating, airconditioning, ventilation and air pressure systems for the newly built maintenance and repair centre in Ludwigshafen.

Im Zuge der Unternehmensexpansion wurden am Standort Ettlingen Produktionshallen und Verwaltungsgebäude saniert und neu erstellt. Die Produktion der Präzisionswerkzeuge erfordert in den Hallen eine ständig gleichbleibende Temperatur innerhalb eines kleinen Luftfeuchtbereichs. Sieben Klimaanlagen mit redundanter Kälteerzeugung sorgen in zwei Hallen für die konstante Raumtemperatur. Alle Bürogebäude werden über ein Wasser-Luft-System gekühlt und belüftet.

We were contracted for the planning as well as site management of the works heating, cooling, ventilation and air pressure systems.

450,000 tyres are stored in the 50,000m² logistic centre. We were contracted for the planning as well as for site management of the works heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitation.

To optimise the end process it was necessary for Firma Kieselmann to build a new fully automated high shelf warehouse with distribution hall. Storage materials are predominantly steel elements for the food industry. In order to comply with the necessary fire regulations, the complete complex was fitted with a sprinkler system in accordance to fire regulation HHS 3. It was possible to incorporate the sprinkler water reservoir inexpensively in to the necessary static support construction.

Erection of a complete sanitation concept for the ventilation facilities, heat generation and distribution, taking into account the internal production requirements with gradual implementation.

Renovation and installation of new heating, cooling and ventilation facilities.

The sales area in this self-service market amounts to about 5,800m², including the individual concessionaires. A split level cold generator supplies circulating air machines and a cool register in ventilation machines.

New terraced housing and apartment building.

The terrace houses are in Karlsruhe between the northern part of the city and the Neureut-Heide, on part of the former site of the „Smiley Barracks“. We were contracted for the planning and installation of the heating and sanitation facilities.New terraced housing and apartment building.

New administration building with circa 31,000m² gross floor area.

The building is heated entirely by a just below surface level geothermal installation and a wood pellet fuelled boiler. In addition, the installed concrete core temperature regulator which is cooled by ground water provides room cooling. Energy generation and the plant operation are carried out by a contractor.

In view of the forthcoming health reforms it is important for the AOK middle Oberrhein to appear to be a competitive partner in the health insurance market. So the logistics and work order had to be optimis

New laboratory and erection of the institute for nano-technology. Planning the complete interior design for the laboratory of the new building for the institute of nano-technology, with about 3,300m² floor area. The planning and site management for the complete interior design was undertaken.

Development and implementation of a complete heating technical renovation concept.

Implementation of the complete renovation concept of the technical heating system including a collection facility taking into consideration the swimming pool usage times.

Planning the heating, ventilation, and sanitation for the new reception building and control of personnel and goods.

Through targeted renovation and modernisation measures of ventilation facilities with accompanying measurement and regulatorary technology, a yearly savings potential of € 250,000 could be feasible. The alterations were carried out within 6 months, during which the clinic was operational.

A newly built care unit with 42 single and double rooms and day care for dementia patients.

The day care unit is in the new building annexed to the evangelical community centre..

Renovation of the main buildings.

Planning the heating, ventilation and sanitation for the general renovation of the main building, taking into consideration the fire regulations. This part of the building houses the administration, canteen and therapy area for psychiatric patients in closed and partially open plan stations with isolation rooms. The successful renovation took place station by station, without disruption to the clinic`s operation, taking into consideration the high risk suicide patients.

Building of an old people’s home for 110 residents. In order to prevent the formation of Legionnaire bacteria, a centrally controlled thermal disinfecting facility for the hot water system was installed. The central kitchen provides for 300 meals, ventilation of the kitchen area is via a stainless steel extraction hood. The building is heated by a natural gas burning boiler.

Extension and rebuilding of the main workshop.

In a former business premises, a care facility for severely and multiple handicapped people was created. In the extension of this 2 storey facility, a 3 storey annex opened up the inside of this complex. Adjoining, are the  warehouses on the ground floor and the administration on the upper level.

The new building of a medicinal diagnostic laboratory was designed with the latest knowledge and was outfitted with the most modern technology e.g. full automation, analytical equipment.
